A simple lab scheduling path after checkout.
Quest bloodwork is part of the TRT evaluation path for patients who do not already have recent labs. MyoGenix sends the needed information so you can schedule locally.
Step by step
From checkout to appointment
Quest instructions arrive
If you need bloodwork, you receive Quest instructions by email after the questionnaire is complete. MyoGenix sends the required order information, and there is nothing to pay at Quest.
Create or sign in to Quest
Click the Quest link, create or sign in to your Quest account, add your personal information, then enter your ZIP code to see nearby Quest locations.
Choose your appointment
Select a location, then choose from the available calendar dates and times. Quest sends an automated confirmation text with your appointment date and time.
Provider review
MyoGenix receives the lab information and your provider reviews it with your questionnaire before any TRT treatment is approved.
